At Mitti & More, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are personal care and wellness items, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
Eligible for Return/Replacement:

Conditions:

Customers must share a clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund (as per your preference).
Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
