Refund policy

At Mitti & More, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are personal care and wellness items, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Eligible for Return/Replacement:

  • You received a damaged or broken product.

  • You received the wrong product.

Conditions:

  1. Customers must share a clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund (as per your preference).

Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 -10 working days to your original payment method.
